Roy has spent 26 years on the inside of the start-up world — both as a BizDev operator and a VC.  

He built his career in business development, working his way from start-ups to two large international public companies, Dassault Systèmes and AOL, where he last served as VP of BizDev. He's seen the journey from every seat: building startups from scratch, taking them through acquisitions and IPOs, and running BD for organizations operating on a global scale.  

As Managing Partner of O.G. Venture Partners (Israel), Roy has been part of the team from its earliest days, helping build and shape how the firm supports founders through their growth stages. 

He believes in thinking long term, playing nice, and paying it forward.
