Adi Rotem Mintus is the Head of Operations at O.G. Venture Partners (Israel), where she oversees fund operations and supports strategic investment initiatives. Bringing a strong legal and corporate background to the venture capital sector, Adi leverages her expertise to manage operational frameworks and drive efficiency across the firm's ecosystem. 

Prior to joining O.G. Venture Partners (Israel) in 2022, Adi was a Corporate Associate at Meitar law firms. During her time there, she specialized in advising international and domestic venture capital funds and high-tech companies on capital raising, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. 

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
